The estate is easy to find. If arriving by car from Rome or
Milan from the A1 highway, exit “Firenze-Certosa”, take the “Firenze-Siena” motorway going toward Siena and exit at “Poggibonsi-Nord”. Follow the signs for “San Gimignano”
for approximately 7.5kms. To your right you will see an unpaved road with a small church at the very edge of the
road which is marked “Pietrafitta” in red, there is also a
sign “Pietrafitta 1”, take this unpaved road for approximately 1.3kms and you will see a sign “Fattoria di Pietrafitta”, this
is the main driveway. Go to the office (marked “Ufficio”) to advise of your arrival. Both Pisa and Florence airports are relatively close to the property. The closest train stop is at Poggibonsi which is about 5kms from Pietrafitta.
