From a selection of the best Trebbiano and Malvasia bunches, which are dried in well ventilated rooms with Southern exposure for 4 months. After pressing, fermentation occurs in special kegs placed in an attic to ensure thermal excursion, which is a fundamental process for obtaining a high quality product. Grape varieties: 90% Trebbiano Toscano, 10% Malvasia Bottle refinement: 4 months Colour: golden yellow with warm amber reflections Aroma: intense and persistent hints of dry fruit that blend with notes of cocoa to create a warm and complex fragrance Taste: fascinating and full bodied, opens with a range of flavours that pleasantly fade into each other in an elegantly sweet sequence.
