It is the vintage Vernaccia par excellence, a “vineyard designation” whose purity comes from selected grapes, skilfully treated throughout all the stages of the winemaking process.

The blend enhances the notes of the Vernaccia with the aromas of the Sauvignon (10% in accordance with the regulations), grown on the sunny western hills of the estate, thus creating a mineral and sapid white wine intended for the most demanding palates.

It comes from the selection of the best Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes, vinified with the cold maceration on the skins process which enhances its body and aromas. It is made available to the public after three months of bottle ageing.
